Day 3 (Rich)

Another early morning.  Stretching, warm up, sit ups push ups.  about a half hour on the weight machine and a half hour on the treadmill.  I think this is going to work well for me working out one hour a day.  I may have to modify here and there to stay fresh and work different muscles, but im pretty happy with the hour workout.  The key will be to see if it is effective.  I figure after a month I will revisit my weight, body mass and stuff to see of I can notice a change.  

Nutritionally…well I will not lie.  I am hungry.  I am have always been a bored eater.  If Im bored I grab the Doritos. or go get a milkshake.  Im also habitual.  I drive by a Sonic and i automatically get a Route 44 Dr. Pepper with Cherry and Vanilla.  I know what my problems are, I just need to break those habits.  Im trying.  If i am bored i have been grabbing some raisins or peanuts.  I think ive done VERY well eating the last 3 days, but the problem is thats just 3 days.  Trying to alter and reshape 35 years of bad eating is not going to come easily.  I want a burger right now.  But im eating raisins with my daughter.  raisins are good, but so is a Fatburger…
