Day 2 (Chris)
Well, today I woke up… Made a little breakfast sammy — whole wheat english muffin, weight watchers cheese, and two egg whites… pretty good.
I also took some string cheese and some fruit w/me today — and I’ve been drinking water like they are going to run out. For lunch I had a sandwich from a local deli and some diet Sioux City Sarsaparilla. It’s make with Splenda instead of Aspertme, which is still not great — but I’ll take it.
Dinner, I’m not sure — Emily I am sure has something going on. As soon as it stops being awful out I’ll walk/jog/run more with my Nike+
