Day 2 (Rich)

Forgot to mention as, Chris did yesterday, the weight…3 Bills.  thats a lot.  I am not as much concerned with the weight or the number and I do not have a “goal weight” right now.  I just want to lose the belly and increase my overall health.  The number will come down and that is a goal, but I am not going to fixate or obsess on it.  

Got up early today and hit the weights for about a half hour after stretching and warming up.  Got Emily up and settled with grandma before hitting the treadmill for a half hour.  Although I hate mornings, I like the idea of being finished with the workout so I am free the rest of the day.

Oh yeah, im sore.  Probably from the push ups…but sore is good right?  it means its working?  I may have to get some advice from Ben on something to help with the muscle rebuilding…
