257.0
So I am starting The Challenge at 257 lbs… Which is funny, because when I decided to start to turn around my weight back in November I was at 268, then I had the holidays and ate like a monster. So the fact that I kept off 11 lbs is pretty amazing.
But, now like Rich and Ben it’s time to step it up…
Emily, my wife has picked out dinners this week that fall in line with my Body-for-Life/Eatin-for-Life meal plan — which is basically 5 to 6 smaller meals of balanced protein and carbs… I am technically starting tomorrow since I had to go to the grocery store tonite — I am loaded up with all sorts of good food, and I have my two doggies to walk on a daily basis… so I think that’s some pretty good motivation.
My goals are too modest… I’d like to get down to what I call “fighting weight” which for me is anything in the 220 world… to be honest, I’d like back to 205 (college weight) and finally stop wearing the size 40 jeans. They don’t make a sweet pair of Seven’s in anything bigger than a 36 - if I get there, I’m getting some.
