March weigh in (Rich)
I know this blog has fallen apart, but I wanted to check in with a quick update.  I have been working out daily, though as my weight I am lifting as increased, I am moving to a more every other day deal with that.  Walking every day.  its been nice enough to do so.  My wife is training to do a 5K so her hard work is encouraging me.  Anyway I said I would weigh myself monthly and I did.  back to...

yeah, i fell off too
i could make up a lot of excuses, and frankly, they are valid IMHO…. after having a baby take over our lives, and then losing my job… i could give a crap about eating right and exercising. right now, i’m just happy to wake up every day and be alive and still have some left over money to pay bills. so, for the time being… i’m drinking the mountain dew…....

Yeah. I fell off the wagon.
Us three guys apparently have an issue with food.  We hate how we look, how we feel, but the overwhelming urge to just tear thru a juicy hamburger, or down that empty calorie can of Coke is a powerful thing. I’m frankly scared to get on the scale.

First month recap, Time for a reboot
OK.  so I said I would not get back on the scale until January after ballooning to 312 mid month.  My heaviest ever.  Which is wild considering, I have certainly worked harder than ever this month. sigh. Pretty good week.  Sorry for lack of updates. Ate pretty well this week.  Kept on point.  We did go out to Frisch’s one night and that may have single handedly destroyed any progress I’ve made, but it was oh so good. Well… I am pretty full from lunch. I went to Remke’s and built a salad at their salad bar. I had left over lunch meat and cheese here, so I loaded up on other things like cottage cheese, some seafood salad, mushrooms, garbanzo beans, and egg.
